I purchased a mini excavator from YANCHENG CROSS MACHINERY MANUFACTURE CO., LTD. (YCMM).
Before payment, YCMM's communication was excellent. However, after delivery, I found multiple issues, including hydraulic leaks, very jerky controls, and poorly labelled fuel and hydraulic tank caps. Thankfully, my mechanical background allowed me to repair most problems myself.The biggest issue is the rubber tracks repeatedly coming off. The manual supplied is for a different machine, poorly written, and missing the track adjustment section.
Despite the excavator being sold with a one-year warranty and after-sales support, my request in mid-June 2026 for help with the track issue has received no useful solution. YCMM only advised that the missing manual page was unavailable. My experience is that YCMM provides good communication before payment but very poor after-sales support. I cannot recommend this company unless they improve their quality control, documentation, and customer service.

Additionally, based on the damage of the outer packaging, the tear on the bag shows clear signs of being torn by human hands. Although we have doubts about the situation where the package was damaged by someone, out of trust in you and responsibility, we still completed the refund process for you.
